Pepecracy: Neural Governance
The Neural Kekistan requires its own decision-making system. Of course, we’d be glad to delegate everything to the AI, but, unfortunately (or maybe for the best) artificial intelligence isn’t intelligent enough for such important decisions.
Therefore, we’re putting the weight of Neural Meme governance on the shoulders of $AI token holders.
Here is the list of the things which will be potentially decided upon by $AI holders:
1) Characters and themes of the future Neural Meme seasons
2) $AI total supply and emission
3) $AI rewards size for certain kinds of NPs
4) Adding newly discovered NP traits or changing existing traits in the public metadata (genesis data storage would stay unaltered, but new traits can be recognized as a new canon by ajority voters)
5) The future of Neural Pepe NFTs, if a part of them remains unsold
Considering the current stage of development, we believe Snapshot platform fulfills our governance needs well enough, though has own downsides. If the Neural Meme project continues to grow, we’re likely to have a Neural DAO for more complicated voting strategies.
You may already know that soon we’re are going to have Neural Challenges. The idea is that Neural Pepe holders will be required to have a set of NP NFTs on their wallet by a certain deadline in order to get a limited NFT from a featured artist or project.
We decided to let the community decide what the first challenge will be. To keep some mystery, we don’t specify the particular traits required for each challenge, but only provide challenge names which could serve as a clue.
The winning option will become the first Neural Challenge. Also, one of the randomly selected voters will receive a Neural Pepe NFT with the traits required for the winning challenge.
Neural Challenge #1 voting deadline: 14/05 19:00 UTC
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the way how Snapshot is designed the voting power is counted at the moment when the proposal voting is activated. Therefore, if you get more $AI after the voting start, extra $AI won’t be counted.
You don’t need to stake or burn $AI to cast a vote. Only signing a message is required.
